I hope all of your eating experiences in the US haven&#039;t been so dire. I have a mate who was in Minnesota for a while, I think he gained about 5 kg in the space of a few months... Not good.

Your recipe sounds great. I love omlettes, and the persian fetta is always a great accompaniment. I&#039;m patiently waiting for my copy of Michel Roux&#039;s Eggs to arrive, so hopefully that will give me some more ideas too.
