i&#039;ve never made coq au vin, but have enjoyed it many an occassion. i will give this recipe a go when i dare to make it myself.

re: country gal cooking: i read a delightful epicurious article about french women&#039;s approach to baking. at home things are made simply, even rustic. the fancy stuff is left to the patisseries. its a philosophy i love and will employ.</description>
