As for your dinner, that&#039;s pure genius too!  I&#039;ll have to try that spiced beet sauce with the duck.  Are you familiar with Michel Richard?  He has a new cookbook called &quot;Happy in the Kitchen&quot; - it features a recipe called &quot;Duck, Duck, Beet&quot; - something about those two that just go together.
