I just had a delicious meal with white asparagus and new potatoes and until opening your blog I would have sworn, that I could not eat one single bite of dessert. But I changed my mind, at least, if I could have a slice of your tempting banana tart tartin...

Hi there!
Thanks for the WONDERFUL recipe. I've made it twice already and it's already a new family favourite. My dad loves any dessert with banana in, so I'm always looking for good recipes that he might like... He LOVES this one! I serve it with a scoop if plain vanilla ice-cream. I think I'd like to add some dates to the mix and sprinkle over some chopped peacan nuts before I serve... Mmmmmmh!

You have a beautiful blog - really inspiring. I have always looked sideways at cooked bananas - don't think I have ever chosen something like that from a dessert menu. But you made them look totally mouthwatering... might give this a try - the rest of the family love them... and I buy them again now they are back from being priced = to gold!

I'm definitely gonna have to give this a try - I've made the moist banana cake 4 times since blogging it and each time it's devoured within 48 hours! I wonder how long this one will last :D

I like banana but don't particularly liked it cooked, although recently I made Heidi's (101 Cookbooks) banana muffins and they are fantastic.

wow this looks incredible... and so easy! I agree with your comments about store bought puff pastry, but when you factor in the relative ease of use compared to making your own, I too often cave and use the pre-packaged stuff. Great recipe - thanks.
