I just purchased gelatin leaves from Williams-Sonoma. Some German-made brand.

I've been searching for this product for ages. Good luck.

Kudos! This is a truly delicious recipe! Absolutely amazing. The flavors of the panna cotta and pears complement each other so well! I can only seem to get my hands on bronze leaves though... know the strength difference between titanium and bronze?

Meeta,
Hope you got to your pears in time!

Thanks Truffle. Glad I'm not the only one.

Thankyou Patricia, Garret & Rasa

Anh,
I agree. Stephanie rocks. It's funny though I very rarely use any of her recipes but she has answered many a kitchen dilemma.

THanks Ellie. Good luck this weekend.

Eva & Alex. Last time I bought the titanium strength from David Jones Food Hall. But you can also get it at the Essential Ingredient and I wouldn't be surprised if Simon Johnson and Jones the Grocer also carry it. When I was living in Adelaide I think I got some from Bodega Rotollo (spelling?) but that was a while ago now.

Thanks Wendy
