I celebrated the end of my first chemo with dinner at Tetsuyas....but then I had no one to cook me truffle risotto. On a trip to WA recently I drove out of my way to visit the truffle guy at Manjimup but he was just going out an we couldn't arrange a mutual time. Brilliant celebration for your Mum.
