Hi There, I just stumbled accross your blog on by using stumbleupon and am loving the design! I dont normally stop at blogs relating to food as I already have 20 in my RSS feed and dont even have time to read them! I do like the design though and the use of photos is awesome. I started off blogging as well and always tried to keep a clean design like yours but it aint always easy with all the things you have to fit in! If you feel like showing off any of the cool food pics i'd love to see them on my site for foodies www.ifoods.tv so as all the other foodies can see them! Keep up the good work on the design and happy cooking!

I think I am in love just looking at this recipe. I have never tried making duck myself, but you've presented this so nicely that I might just give it a whirl!

I think we often forget that there are many kinds of love besides romantic, and your post was a good reminder of that. Your menu sounds really sweet...thank god for a non-chocolate dessert (gag me). Have a great time with your friends!

I love this site. I just posted some of my Country Cajun Recipes on my blog and wanted to let you know. I'm doing this in conjunction with my project, The Beatitudes Network-Rebuilding the Public Libraries of New Orleans. I am donating all of the royalties from the sale of my book, The Beatitudes, directly to the New Orleans Public Library Foundation. I'm 100% Cajun and food brings people to the table to eat and talk about books! Enjoy the recipes, like Pain Perdu (Lost Bread) that kept the Acadians alive during their trek from Canada to Louisiana. I’m working on pouring dark, melted chocolate over my fried sweet potatoes, then sprinkling the powdered surgar.
Merci mille fois- thanks a million. PS: I will be posting about food blogs in the coming weeks, called “A Pantry of Blogs: Food Beatitudes Support New Orleans,” so if you would like yours included let me know at lynlejeune@cox.net. Become a food Beatitudes

My most exciting valentines days were in my late teens early 20's. Today they are spent looking after other love birds, it is one night that you don't have enough tables. I love the fig and duck with pomegranate combination. Regards John
