    in the last month i mostly cook your recipes
    i love the baby carrot soup / beans and eggplant soup / hummus and babaghanous
    and last days i wonder where to look at the preserved lemons
    so please can you tell me how to use them cause i misremember the recipe

  • Just wanted to also send a thanks for the inspiration – it’s really helping with me coming up with new ways to have meat and veg for my family (who enjoy trying new things – I know weird!). I mildly adjusted one of the recipes in the latest book to work with what we were having for dinner and it was such a success I used it for guests last night – who were super impressed. Your lunch time tuna salad, I ommitted the tuna, roasted some sweet potatoe in small cubes, crumbled some fetta and added a sprinkling of italian herbs (with the lemon juice, white beans, oil, seasoning and spinach). Served with lamb chops one night and pan roasted chicken breast the next. Perfect healthy combo.
