ps. Here’s what Livvie from Canada, had to say about the eCookbook

“Okay – so honestly, as a student, I would really have to say that a lot of the stuff in this book, especially for me working two jobs, and going to school for 40 hours a week, would really benefit from a lot of the recipes.

Cooking a lot of them it does get the job done in about 15 minutes or less. (I’m a really slow person so some recipes take me a while longer but not overtly long). The pictures are very vibrant, and for the most part, the recipes = the pictures which is ALWAYS good.

I would recommend this to my friends who really enjoy cooking. Your recipes are very much modifiable for the most part (for those who need a gluten free, or legume free or vegetarian, or vegan concepts, and that’s pretty much my entire circle of friends. we’re very much a picky eater crowd. Which is a good thing we like cooking! We’d starve!).

However, it is truly a very beautiful book, and I’m very glad that I got to preview it. I hope it’s a big hit and they enjoy the recipes as much as I do!”

  • Jules, I’ve just bought and downloaded the book, and subsequently spent the best part of an hour (I’m at work!) scrolling down through it and salivating and with a growling stomach! I’m an avid cookbook buyer and usually I find there are quite a few recipes in most books that just do not appeal. So for the first time I have found a book in which I am geniunely excited to try every single recipe! And I love the tweaks and alternative suggestions for each one. I can’t wait to get stuck in to cooking all of these dishes, and if I didn’t already have broccoli-cauliflower-and-macaroni cheese planned for tonight’s dinner, I’d be starting straight away! The best (and least!) money I’ve ever spent on a cookbook! Thank you!
