Love the sounds of all these recipes!!!
Last night I made the warm cauliflower and quinoa salad, my first foray into quinoa. It was delicious!!
I’m wondering if you have many recipes that have beans and legumes but no rice or dairy? I’ve just discovered I have an intolerance to wheat, dairy and carbohydrates so we have some interesting times ahead!!!
Thanks for any advice or recipes you may have.

Just wondering if you had any recipes for broken rice, I saw a recipe somewhere and bought the rice but now I can’t seem to find it, even some hints on what I can use it in.
