Jules,
I want to know YOUR take on making fresh pasta. Simply love your pasta dishes (we’ve tried many, now they are tradition – lasagne especially!), but can’t find where you have examples in the making of the most basic ingredient. Please include all the tools used in the process too?
Thanks, Jules, for making baking/cooking fun for the minimalist in us. Your site is my go-to for any/all recipes!

Jules,

I, and some of my friends are gluten intolerant. I’ve been searching around for ideas for GF pasta. Have you a reliable or tasty recipe that does GF justice? I just haven’t found anything which is as good as normal ol’ pasta made from flour.
