I am not a cook, but since I prefer Western food I have to start somewhere.
I have gotten sick of eating the same thing every day again so I am sure that your simple to follow cookbook wil get me on the way to some much needed variation.

Thank you very much!

I was just browsing on the internet looking for info on quinoa and somehow came across your blog. I do not usually look at blogs or subscribe much BUT your site looked interesting and I started looking , reading and ended up subscribing and have downloaded and shared the eCookbook with my friends/family – even watched the video on how to make the no bake peanut butter and chocolate dessert ! so i guess what i am saying is that i am SUPER excited about trying out the recipes in your book and hearing more through your blog :)

As a masters student from California now living in Sydney to attend Uni where I study Design (undergrad in Business), I have to say — I am *impressed* with your concepts. Your design is appealing, your recipes are practical, your literature is easy to read, and your prices are reasonable. Moreover, you seem approachable. Kudos and I look forward to trying your recipes! Only *one* minor suggestion… would you ever consider adding calorie indexes? As someone who needs to shed a few pounds, this would really help me take your qualitative term “healthy” in a more quantitative and empirical way :)

And lastly, thank you!
