5 Ingredients 10 Minutes… the book trailer!

5 ingredients 10 minutes cover image

5 Ingredients 10 Minutes is now available to PRE-ORDER from amazon.co.uk and bookdepository.co.uk (my favourite book supplier because they have FREE shipping anywhere in the world!).

It will be available for sale in the UK on the 14th March and in Australia on the 20th March.

At this stage there aren’t any plans to launch in the US so you’ll have to buy online if you want a copy (I recommend using the book depository link above because they have free shipping anywhere in the world and you can choose which currency you pay in. I buy most of my books from them these days).

Will have more details about the book next week!

With love,
Jules x

  • So cool! I’ll definitely consider picking this up Jules. Lovely job (and I enjoyed the trailer : ) You’re way better on camera than I am ; )

    • Thanks so much Dana! Really appreciate your support.
And glad you enjoyed the trailer… I’ve been working on my ‘not saying umm all the time’ strategy

  • Just pre-ordered your book and I can’t wait to get it. I discovered your fantastic blog only recently and I just love it. I will be going back through the archives as I think there is so much fantastic information I just don’t want to miss out on. I love the videos too.

  • Not released until March 20! Wow … must have been my lucky day to find some advance copies in Dymocks Brisbane last week. So far I’ve tried 5 recipes: been using it to teach my boyfriend healthy cooking. Successful thus far!

    • I’m not sure what’s going on there Jessica… The pubblishing world is a little baffling to me ;)

But so glad you’ve been enjoying the book AND teaching your boyfriend healthy cooking… LOVE it!

  • Thanks Jules, have loved your website/blog and recommended it to many friends. Love your healthly yet simple beautiful recipes. Just preordered my copy – thanks for the link.

  • Hi Jules, I’m so pleased to hear that you have kept the focus on fresh ingredients witrh a good healthy emphasis on quick cuisine as too many fast recipes have too much of an already processed element! Well done on getting the book to print.
Looking forward to getting it as like most of us, I am always looking for fresh ideas that are quick but healthy for my family!

  • I’m just wondering about buying this for my sister who is has a really busy family life; but checking as to whether the recipes are from your later phase and tending in the paleo direction with very little in the way of grain ingredients like potatoe, rice and pasta? This would be a consideration with small children and her active husband… (I guess she could just serve them with the grain/cereals on the side to supplement.)
