I’m Jules Clancy (BSc Hons Class 1), a food scientist turned certified cooking coach.

Q. My kitchen is super basic, what equipment will I need?
Basic is perfect. Because we're focusing on Zero Prep you don’t even need a kitchen!
If you have a cook top (or hot plate) and an oven (or toaster oven or air fryer) you’ll have more options but these aren't essential.
Q. I’m already an intuitive cook, will it be helpful?
Absolutely! One of the things I love about cooking is there's always more to learn. Learning the science behind how flavour works will be a game changer.
