Heat a large frying pan on a high heat. Add a little oil and allow it to warm. Add beef and salt and cook, stirring often until the beef is no longer pink.

Add the curry powder and cook, stirring for another 30 seconds.

Add the spinach and cook for a few minutes or until everything is hot.

Remove from the heat. Taste and season with more salt if needed. Divide between two bowls and serve topped with yoghurt and nuts.
