I’m Jules Clancy, a former food scientist and wine maker turned certified health coach.

Q. Will it be suitable for plant-based / dairy-free / carnivore / gluten-free / keto diets?
YES! We cater for ALL dietary requirements. Because I’m teaching you how to listen to your body and choose the foods that work best for you.

Q. I don’t live in Australia, will I be able to join?
Coaching is open to anyone from anywhere in the world. I work with people from all over the world including France, UK, Thailand, Poland, Panama, Ireland, North America and of course Australia.

Q. When are the weekly calls?
There are 2 different times for the 30-minute weekly calls:

EARLY CALL
New York Time: Mondays 2pm
London Time: Mondays 7pm
Sydney Time: Tuesdays 6am

LATE CALL
New York Time: Mondays 8pm
London Time: Tuesdays 1am
Sydney Time: Tuesdays 12 noon

The weekly coaching calls are recorded and published as video and audio (on the private podcast feed) so wherever you live you’ll be able to learn.

Q. I’m peri-menopausal / menopausal will it work for me?
Absolutely. As our bodies age, so do our requirements for food. By learning to listen to your body, it will guide you to naturally adapt so you can be healthy, fit and full of vitality as you age.

Q. How does the payment work? Can I pay in full?
I like to keep things simple so everyone will pay by the month. Your first payment will be due when your application is accepted. And then the payments will happen monthly from March 2023.

Q. Will it work for me?
Absolutely. Remember this is a radically different approach.
