“Good morning, Jules!

I just wanted to let you know that today I hit my goal weight.

I now automatically eat healthily and don’t really even want lots of sweets. I still enjoy whatever I like, but pay attention to how my body feels and try to stop when I have had enough.

I have a bowl of Halloween candy sitting here and it doesn’t really interest me. (coming from someone who used to sneak their kids candy:)

I just really am a different person. I have no worries that I am going to gain weight back.

(On vacation, I did, but just came home and back to my usual routine and within a week or two it was gone. I never shamed my self either, but rather said “of course you gained a little on vacation. It’s OK”)

Weight is something I have struggled with all of my life.

I have lost 75 lbs since I started your program. Honestly, at one time I weighed 15 lbs more than that so 90 lbs from my highest weight.

No dieting.

No restricting.

No counting.

Just changed my thoughts and changed my life.

This is a mindset skill that I carried into the rest of the places of my life.

My life looks nothing like it looked when I started in Jan 2021.
