Jules, you are an amazing, generous person and I so appreciate it. I use your first eCookbook frequently. I work full time and do shift work and always seem to be in a hurry, but I know when I use your “fast’ recipes that we are still eating well.

    Thank you heaps !!

If you’re going to do preserved lemons.. really recommend the harissa too – they go so well together

    Thanks Alex!

    I love this!
    Thank you so much! :D
Just a quick note – there’s a typo on page ten – parmesan in the title.

Hope to be making some of these delicious recipes soon!

I have just found your superb website listed as one of the 50 best food websites by The Independent (http://www.independent.co.uk/extras/indybest/food-drink/the-50-best-food-websites-2313883.html – You’re at number 6).
I am in the process of discovering and reading and I had to congratulate you on its design and the simplicity of its premise.
Thank you for the e-cookbooks. I have also found your vimeo and youtube channels and I look forward to watching your videos.
    Excellent. Really excellent.

Just wanted to also send a thanks for the inspiration – it’s really helping with me coming up with new ways to have meat and veg for my family (who enjoy trying new things – I know weird!). I mildly adjusted one of the recipes in the latest book to work with what we were having for dinner and it was such a success I used it for guests last night – who were super impressed. Your lunch time tuna salad, I ommitted the tuna, roasted some sweet potatoe in small cubes, crumbled some fetta and added a sprinkling of italian herbs (with the lemon juice, white beans, oil, seasoning and spinach). Served with lamb chops one night and pan roasted chicken breast the next. Perfect healthy combo.
