I’m Jules Clancy (BSc Hons Class 1), a former food scientist and wine maker turned cookbook author and certified cooking coach.
I LOVE creating healthy meals from what’s in the fridge.
But I didn’t start out that way.
In my 20s, I taught myself to cook by following recipes to the letter.
But when I was wine making in the Barossa Valley, all that changed.
Working 16-hour days meant I just didn’t have time for recipes.
Plus I was living in the country which meant takeout or uber eats wasn’t an option.
So I created my flexible 5-Ingredient Frameworks so I can pull together something healthy WITHOUT recipes.
I want to help you get to this magical place where cooking feels easy, relaxing and fun.
