Back in August, I had a huge ‘light bulb’ moment.
I realized that limiting the number of ingredients was the best way to keep my cooking simple.
And keep me focused.
So I pledged to only write recipes in 6-ingredients (or less) until the end of the year.
And how did I do?
I nailed it!
And I’m committing again to sticking to the 6-ingredients thing for the foreseeable future.
Funnily enough I recently got a lovely comment from a Stonesoup reader who is into numerology.

I think you do a great job, Jules. I cook more of your recipes than any other. I eat a Ketogenic diet so your recipes suit me perfectly. I have been cooking for over 50 years and for me there are so many other things that I like doing better
that your simplicity is just what I’m looking for.
