Is takeout really the easiest option for dinner?

Roast Broccoli & Chorizo

[dropcap style=”font-size: 60px; color: #71CCD5;”] T[/dropcap]his made me smile…

It’s a comment from one of my Simple Meal Plans members.

“I’ve just made this Roast Broccoli & Chorizo for Friday night dinner, replaced broccoli with cauliflower as that’s what I had left in the fridge and served with a glass of Shiraz.

It’s like a big bowl of deliciousness comfort food and easier than going out for takeaway as I didn’t have to take off my slippers and put on real shoes.

Will definitely make this again.”

I love the idea of my students thinking it’s easier to cook than go out.

And I especially like the idea of not having to take off your slippers (or in my case ugg boots).

But of course cooking at home may not be the easiest option.

If you don’t have any food in the house.

If you don’t know any simple recipes.

Then it’s going to be pretty difficult to cook.

The recipe problem is easy to solve for.
