This morning I was thinking about how I never feel like I’m self sabotaging.
Here’s why..
Whenever I end up with a bellyache or I’m feeling regret for my choices I see it for what it is..
I’m not sabotaging and dooming myself to a life of poor health.
I just have a bad habit that isn’t helpful.
And then I get curious about what I can experiment with to change that habit next time I’m in that situation.
When I approach change from a tiny habits perspective it takes all the drama away AND it helps me find easy solutions .
So little by little over time my good habits outweighs the bad ones and I feel really good about what and how much I’m eating.
Which means I feel good in my clothes.
I feel clear, optimistic and peaceful in my mind.
So if you’re ready to end the self sabotage and reprogram your bad food habits one tiny experiment at a time then you’re in luck.
Because that’s exactly what we’ve going to do in Joyful Cooking for Natural Vitality.
We start Feb 5th.

Let me help you make self sabotage a thing of your past

PS. Reprogramming sabotage is a game changer. If you’re eating lean protein and salad all day and then binging on ice cream or chips at night, you’re never going to be as healthy as you’d like.
PPS. The 20th birthday lifetime offer ends Thursday and I definitely won’t be offering it again until my blog turns 30!
