
I love experimenting with my diet and over the years I’ve played around with being vegetarian, vegan (only for a week!), dairy-free, sugar-free, gluten-free, paleo and low carb.
The thing I’ve learned is that there is almost always a substitute you can make to tweak to substitute for different dietary requirements.
Sometimes it takes a little creative lateral thinking. I love challenging myself to find delicious substitutes.
