“Warning! What’s inside is pretty awesome” was on a sticker on a parcel I received this week.
They were right.
The new gardening hat I’d ordered is pretty awesome.
And it also made me think of my microbiome.
What’s inside each of our bodies is pretty awesome.
The mircobes in our gut have a gigantic impact on all areas of our physical, mental and immune health.
As well determining the rate at which we age.
And the likelihood we’ll get any disease (from covid to cancer).
Which is why improving my gut health is the number one thing I’m focusing on for myself.
AND it’s how I’m helping my fellow food lovers experience the natural vitality we all crave.
In my Joyful Cooking coaching group…
I’ll show you how to:
+ cook without recipes
+ build new good food habits
+ and break bad ones
One baby step at a time over 6 spacious months.
So if you want what’s inside (and outside) you to be even more awesome…
Then come and play with us in Joyful Cooking for Natural Vitality.
Eating healthier isn’t as hard as you think when you have a simple process to follow.
In your corner, Jules xx
PS. I’ve just changed my dinner plans and am now having the walnut and brown butter omelette from this weeks meal plan tonight (the boys can have noodles).
