Do you really need a recipe for this uber-simple and incredibly delicious snack Apple & Nut Butter ?
Probably not.
BUT we had some friends staying earlier in the year and they hadn’t ever tried this sweet and salty flavour explosion combo so I made a mental note to write it up as a recipe.
For my boys their number one favourite is smooth peanut butter.
But I’m a fan of mixing it up with either almond butter, tahini or my home made macadamia butter.

Instructions
-
Slice apple in half lengthwise. Then slice into quarters and cut out the seeds. Slice each quarter into 3 slivers. So you have 12 slices of apple in total.
-
Spread a little peanut butter on the end of each apple slice. Enjoy!
